I had my first and ONLY DUI. I had a choice of taking whatever the Judge would want to do to me or getting a lawyer. In this economy, I really did consider going it alone or with a public defender...but I received Michael's letter and his experience and past record really impressed me. Still, I did not want to throw more money that I didn't have after a case where I was clearly guilty...Boy am I glad that I did. The case lasted over 2 months and I was a nervous wreck, but Michael called me often and updated me, answered all of my questions and concerns. At the end, he negotiated a dismissal of the DUI charges and all I had to do was pay a small fine and plea to a 'nothin' of a traffic offense that will come off my record in 3 years like any other traffic ticket. No alcohol school or license suspension. Was it worth the money....oooooh yeah!!! Was Michael the right choice? Absafragginlutely!
