i can only tell you that it took over 13 months for this company to "try" to reduce my mortgage payment. it cost me 3000.00 to do it. in the end it didnt work and i will tell you why. they do not disclose that your mortgage must be 31% of your gross income. thats for the easy one too. i am suing this company. this should have been disclosed in the the first place. however there is real help for people behind o there mortgage. i was lucky to find it.
