I used this service in having my 2008 taxes prepared. I was promised a two to three week wait. I received two phone calls from this service stating the IRS "had my social security number wrong" and this is why my taxes had been rejected. I asked to be able to receive a refund for the service that was not provided and to take my business elsewhere. The "tax man" then hung up on me and called me back two minutes later and asked am I ready to listen now. As a female who has not had any dealings with this gentleman before I found his action very offensive and degrading. I only asked to get a refund. I did not engage in any type of disrespectful language or behavior. When I told this gentleman that I would get the authorities involved if necessary, he laughed it and said go ahead. I had my fiance call him and confront him on his behavior. I guess he had more respect for a man because after my fiance confronted him he finally agreed to give me a full refund.
