Collection attorney for GUIDE ONE Insurance. No paperwork as to why. Never Served. Never knew.
I asked for documentation which he did not give. Financial exploitation on elderly, me. Cannot refinance, keeping me from getting help I need. NO EXPLANATION. COURT REJEC TED TWICE, yet he will not VACATE this faulty judgment, because he cannot give me documentation, Reported him to FTC, and wrote letters to Collection agency and GUIDE ONE insurance. I feel intimidated and frightened because my home may be taken. I am elderly and low income, and only have my home, and am financially bound, without recourse unless I hire an attorney which I cannot afford.
