I use my Top Styler quite frequently. I can apply the clams pretty quickly now although it did take some time to master putting them on my own head. I find that if I put them on BEFORE i get dressed and do my makeup that once I am done with all of that, they are ready to be taken out. Time Management people.
As with any other curling tool, you need to use some type of hair spray or holding agent to hold the wave/curl throughout the day, that's just common sense. Even your hair dresser doesn't style your hair without some type of product to keep the hold. All in all I love my Top Styler.
