BUYERS BEWARE Please read this - - Steve is a wonderful salesmen he definitely knows his stuff about bikes. Once you give them your payment they are horrible. He was vague about time frame of delivery on phone at time of purchase he said oh about 3 weeks is what I was told. I get my email receipt and there is tons of fine print all in their favor and a crazy 28 business delivery day policy which they are currently extremely late on their 28 business days promise! I purchased on December 8th and I've been getting the run around ever since. Here is what you need to be very carful of: Studio Cycles/Steve will not want to give you a full refund they will do everything in their power to string you along until you agree to wait another few days which turns into a week then more. Then when you are fed up with being strung along and admittedly ask for a full refund they will try to say well you only asked for the refund based off our last conversation. They string you along so they can charge you for shipping if you try to ask for full refund. I told them on January 17th I wanted a full refund. It is January 30th I still do not have my refund or a bike. I will keep you posted on the outcome. PLEASE BEWARE - Steve will also ask you to hurry up go on line and write a review the day you give your payment. Your review will change once you realize how incompetent they are in the delivery process. Here is my initial review in the beginning of December - Steve was etremely knowledgeable helping me through the entire process. I had done significant research ahead of time and Steve exceed my expectations with his knowledge and advice. I'm a bigger guy and was looking for a solid bike. I really grillled Steve for about an hour. Thank you Steve for providing your expert advice, experience, and making me feel at ease about my purchase. Can't wait to ride! I'M STILL WAITING, NOW IF THEY STAND BY THEIR INCOMPETENCY REGARDING THE PAST DUE DELIVERY PROCESS, I WILL BE THE FIRST TO WRITE AN EDIT REVIEW STATING THEY STAND BY THEIR MISTAKES AND WILL REFUND 100%. It's been several days since I sent this warning and Studio Cycles still has not given me a refund. I am still waiting. I will continue to update until I am fully refunded, in hopes that Studio Cycle will not have the chance to put another customer through such grief! BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!!!
