The website for StudioCycles was very informative in comparing the various higher end spin bikes that are currently on the market. Jay was very responsive and informative through the online chat and subsequent call. He was knowledgable and provided pragmatic advice on my needs based on my prior experience with spinning and cycling. Great service so far that has built confidence in the level of care I expect to receive from StudioCycles. Looking forward to receiving my bike within the next week.
