I went into the online chat to research a bike for my boss. I was blessed enough to speak with Jay who really helped with all 100 questions I asked. He was patient and even left his personal line to get in touch to make the purchase. Upon purchasing the bike my boss said he was super to do business with and she was extremely happy!
