After chatting online with Steve (General Manager) last night for about an hour and talking with him again today on the phone, I placed an order for the subject bike. Steve knew a lot about the bike, emphasized it's quality vs. the competition, and put my mind at ease in purchasing of a "Premium Certified Pre-Owned" unit. Studio Cycles seems to be a very reputable company who goes above and beyond to assure their customers are completely satisfied. I cannot wait to work out on this bike. It will definitely help me get through the Ohio winters!
