George's issue was resolved to his satisfaction in May 2018. (While we shipped the unit within our processing lead time on business day number eight -we cannot guarantee delivery dates as we utilize the services of reputable independent freight companies and occasionally there may be transit delays. That is the case here, and for the inconvenience have extended the customers part and labor warranty, sent an upgraded seat, and floor mat as gratitude for his business and have confirmed that the customer was contacted.) We value our customers' business and hope George enjoys his equipment for years to come! Thank you.
