I called Total Body Experts to purchase a specific bike for my husband as a birthday present. Justin was super knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all about the bike and when I started asking questions about features, he recommended I look at an alternate bike. I ended up buying a better bike for the same money. Justin was very responsive to my questions and offered discounts where he could. This was a very easy purchase and the Justin's customer service was excellent - if only all my large purchases were this easy. Thanks Justin! I can't wait for my husband's gift to arrive (so I can ride it too)!
