Mixed Bag But Aly Covington is a STAR

My StairMaster arrived damaged from shipping. The extent of the damage was not apparent from an inspection of the shipping crate. I followed TBE's advice to provisionally accept the unit, pending a detailed inspection after boxing the unit. Big mistake!!! The StairMaster was severely damaged and ALL attempts to contact the sales rep and customer support were ignored. In desperation I called the main number and spoke to Aly Covington. I'm not sure of her position at TBE, but she was the driving force in getting the issue resolved and my unit replaced. All is good now. Aly's efforts were truly outstanding.
