My experience w/ total call international - specifically TALK international- has been extremely poor.
Every time I've used their cards the connection first doesn't go to the phone I was dialing, and then when it goes through it gets disconnected w/in 6 minutes.
Every time I re use the card to make my call again, a connection fee is replied= less $ & less minutes available.
So by the time I might get through (6 minutes at a time) most of my $ has been used up in reconnection fees.
When calling customer service to place a complaint and request that my card be credited, they tell me the process takes 24 hrs! That is a day too late!
This was true a year ago and it is still true today.(silly me, I gave them another chance)
Seriously - what kind of service is this???
Users of pre paid calling cards users usually call their families abroad on special occasions, on pre-set days and times.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company's cards to anyone expecting to talk to and hear their loved ones voice abroad on their special days !
If I could I'd give the ZERO stars.
