This is the 2nd time we have used this company in 2 years. Due to the recent heat we were forced to use another company in this area (not total comfort ) & were charged for $500 worth of freon & our AC never worked for a day. We used Total Comfort for a 2nd opinion & were told that we had 3 very large obvious unfixable leaks in our AC & that replacing the freon should have never been a option for us or offered, and that the only solution was to replace the AC unit. Total Comfort did the honest & ethical thing by telling us the truth and not charging us for services we did not need (the other company was a rip off). In addition they are on time, honest, ethical, and professional.
In addition to this the company is on time & as a stay at home mom I have total trust in inviting their techs into our home with myself & my children. I can not say enough good things about them. Please consider using this company over all others, as mentioned above we used a competing company who charged us very hefty prices for services we did not need & that did not fix our AC. Now that I have another company to compare Total Comfort Systems to we will never use another company. Bottom line is they are honest, ethical,professional, and trustworthy. You can not go wrong using this company.
