I called Tracphone to see if i could switch my son's number to a new phone. The representative was a female and could not speak well english. She had told me that a new sim card would have to be sent to me and I told her that it was ridiculous what someone had to go through just to get a different phone. while I was talking the representative starting saying " blah blah blah". I then said excuse me several times and she did not respond. I then told this lady to let me speak with her manager and she then told me " shut up bitch", and then she hung up on me. I tried to call back several times to speak with a supervisor and by the 5th time I called back, all the mananger said that he would look into it. Boy, if that good customer service I dont know what is. So just to let everyone know, there are much better phone companies to go with that will treat their paying customers with a lot more respect than this company. Even the supervisors obviously dont care how there represetatives treat customers.
