I felt obliged to write about my experience with Trade in solutions and their staff. I am all about giving reviews about businesses....good or bad, others should know. When I experience a good food or a good stay at a hotel, I want others to know and hope they do the same for me so we all know a good business vs. one that doesn't care about their customers or their product. When I go to a dealer I usually have my guards up because I know what's coming. I've bought many cars in the past but always traded my older car in. I got smart this time and when purchased my new Audi I refused to trade in my car for a low offer. I did my research this time and after getting a few more low offers from others, I found this company and got more money. But that wasn't it, the best part was the way I was treated. From the start to the part when they offered me a courtesy ride home. I travel a lot because of my work and never settle for anything less than a 5 star hotel or a restaurant with good review. Company pays for them anyway :). I felt the 5 star treatment here and even more. Do your homework and then see these guys. They love beating others offers. Great people.
