I had a 1-hour mp3 audio file transcribed by this company for $100. The transcription was extremely poor quality; words were omitted and misspelled, sentences were incomplete and did not make sense, and most irritatingly, their customer service is non-existent. I emailed several times asking for a re-do, and was completely ignored. It has been over 5 months and after further follow-ups, I STILL am not receiving any replies. I certainly do NOT recommend this company.
