Can Someone Please help me???????

My wife and I paid 5000. Dollars and signed a contract to sell our timeshare back in Oct-Nov. 2010.
Then in late September 2011 we signed a second set of title company papers. I contacted Better Business Beau to get an answer from someone, and we where willing to wait the 10 or 12 more weeks while the new title search company processed the new papers.
Now its February 12 2012 and I still owe taxes to my timeshare. Do I still own this unit??? WHEN WITH THIS END OR DO I GET MY MONEY BACK AND THE WEEKS I LOST WAITING? Can someone please help me.
