Have just returned from India on a Travcoa tour. Have used them before and they were excellent.
Unfortunately their tour director Sayed is more interested in his side business of selling Pashminas then he is in the tour group. He left the group on at least three occasions and the local guide took over.
He takes you to his store and says, before we found out he owned the store, there is no discounts in this shop. He forgets to mention it is his brothers. Everyother shop gave discounts. He really did not seem to care about the tour guests. Too bad such a good company has such a poor employee.
Stay away not worth the high costs with this result.
