Everyone,
I hired this firm a several months ago for a modification. I had gotten behind on my mortgage payments after being laid off after working for the same company for 15yrs. A couple months later my husband's hours at work got cut. Paying the bills every months became such a struggle and then we got behind on our mortgage.
When I hired them, I was about 4 months behind and just going into foreclosure. I had hoped that they could have stopped the foreclosure but they told me that legally they couldn't but they were going to do everything that they could do to help me. After about 2 months of "reviewing" they finally got Bank of America to modify my mortgage. With the modification I got, I'm paying $500 dollars less a month on my mortgage.
I'm really grateful for the hard work that they put in and so thankful that I'm able to keep my home!
