I started coming here in May. I was about to turn 40 and weighed 265 pounds. It is December and I am down to 151 pounds. Before trying Tri Valley Medical Weight Control I had tried every diet known to man. The staff has been so supportive. I feel energetic now and so much more confident. They really have been life savers. Even if you have a lot of weight to lose, do not give up hope. Try them out, you will be amazed at the results. If I can do it anyone can. It works!
