Wow! Reading some of the older posts made me feel compelled to write a review about my own experience with Simon & Bocksch. Our relationship came to be when I signed up with The Debt Answer, just a little over 3 years ago. I needed major help crawling out of the "debt-hole" I had slowly dug myself into during the past 10 years. I was desparate to try anything. A friend of mine, who also had a successful experience herself, referred me to this program.
At first, I was skeptical, like many in my situation. But after speaking directly with the attorneys at Simon & Bocksch, and explaining to me how the prograam worked, I was more at ease. I was told that Simon & Bocksch would speak directly to my creditors on my behalf, and negotiate the lowest settlement possible. Not only was my highest credit card debt settled within the 1st 7 months of the program, but Simon & Bocksch managed to negotiate a settlement of less than 30% of what I originally owed that creditor.
During the course of my program, I recieved monthly status calls informing me of the communications between my creditors and their firm. I always felt like I was in the loop. Although at times, my call wouldn't get returned the very same day od my call, I don't think remember ever having more than two days pass before recieving a return call.
All and all, I had a great experience with this program, and with the friendly and attentive staff of Simon & Bocksch. My program was a success. I believe in Simon & Bocksch. It's really great to know that in these troubles times, Simon & Bocksch was able to provide me with a fresh start. For that, I am forever grateful.
