I am very please with the results from Trinity Networx. I had lost my folder and files (picture, documents) due to a virus. They (Trinity)were quick to solve the problem and restore my computer to what it was before the virus attack. It took them less than a day to fix my computer and take me from a sinkhole state of mind to an acropolis state.
They showed up on time - actually a little before time, which was fine with me - which is important to me. They kept in contact with me when they had questions to clear up some doubts on their part.
Overall great service. I wish I'd been told about the traveling fee, before I found it on the bill. However, it is an understandable fee considering the distance that was covered for pickup and return of my computer; two round trips.
I will use them again. They got it right the first time.
