The owner, Carlos J. Lopez installed a faulty sprinkler timer. The timer is
what makes the sprinkler system an automatic system. He initially promised to
replace the faulty timer and set a date for the repair/replacement. Various
installed pipes and fittings subsequently failed making the sprinkler system unusable. He never showed up for the repair/replacement. He did not respond to our numerous attempts to contact him. I now have to hire another company to repair Tropical Wells installation. Carlos is a nice guy and I don't understand why he won't complete the work he promised to do or contact us. If you hire Tropical Wells do NOT pay him until all work is done and functionality of your system is proven as you may never see him again.
