We at True Tax have never had a client by this name. We have no idea who this is and it appears to be a bogus review. Additionally, if and when clients have issues, they ought to contact us. Whenever clients have real concerns, they talk to us and their concerns are addressed. This is why we have an excellent rating with the BBB. In the final process they are grateful for our help.
