This company is one of the worse companies to interview with. The company have candidates taking these ridiculous tests (words, excel, data entry and ten key), if the candidates pass the test they get to interview for the position or positions they originally applied for. The candidate do not get to interview with human resources the same day they pass the test they will have to come back the next day or the day after. Once the person interview with human resources they will have to make and appointment to come back another day to interview with the hiring manager or supervisor. The company seems as if they have nothing better to do then give tests and have candidates come back days later to be interview for positions. The company has now started doing the tests online where they will email you the test if you pass it the company will call you and ask you to come in to retake the tests. If you ask them will you get the chance to interview with a hiring manager they will say yes. The candidate go in retake the test and get to interview only with human resources and will have to make an appointment to come back to be interviewed by the hiring manager. I have no ideal where this company gets it hiring policies but they need to rethink best practices. Candidates do not have time and not to mention the cost of gas going back and forward testing and interviewing with this company. Human resources at this company is only making busy work for themselves most companies skip human resources and have candidates interview the hiring manager directly , I don’t have the time for this. If you are really looking for a job don’t go to Trustmark.
