This company has quite possibly the best customer service that I have ever encountered while shopping and researching purchases online. They have very timely responses, a friendly and personal demeanor through email, and take the time to go the extra mile (or ten miles as the case may be) to make sure that every question you have is answered. Where some companies may brush you off with one answer responses, or no response at all, Tungsten World brings the friendliness, knowledge base and service that all too often is lost in the retail world today, and down-right absent in most online transactions.
