Kept my money and the equipment without providing training

I signed up for their program and after 2 lessons my landlord made me get rid of the dog. They agreed to discount the program about half price if i returned the equipment, which I did. They then continued to charge my card full price and were non responsive when I repea9asked about it. There was very little training provided (the service I paid for) and they kept the equipment.
