DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! This has got to be the worst property management company that I have ever dealt with. They are not polite nor helpful. They are slow in responding to requests. When you move out, they tell you not to make repairs, yet charge you for them to do it! They charged me $350 to clean carpets! That seems a bit excessive, especially when the carpet was ruined when we moved in (and they knew it). They also charge me $200 for house cleaning! I was also charge $80+ to touch up Paint in the garage?? What? The garage is unfinished!! What are they painting?!?! I couldn't believe it. I have never been more displeased with a Property Management Company.
