Do not use this insurance company for a loss claim. It is impossible to get paid. You have to have your buyer sign a statement after 21 days for loss. If you pay the buyer early, you will never hear from the buyer and if you wait the 21 days they are furious for having to wait. If you get the signed statement you have to pay the buyer before your insurance U Pic will pay you. Impossible. Only use them for damage claims. I spent thousands of dollars over the years for insurance and when I file a claim, I don't get paid.
