Scam - fake invoice from us-telecom.com

I received an invoice from these people dated 2/15/12.
Same deal - $425 for maintenance. Never heard of them before.
The La Verne PD will not take reports over the phone but if you get an invoice from us-telecom.com you should go to your local police and ask them to do a courtesy report about this, give them a copy of the invoice and ask them to send it via fax to
