Toxic work culture/ IT driven business/Incompetent leadership

Fear and intimidation rules the company culture at this company. Ghetto thugs comprise the IT department which is run by Greg Taffet, the bumbling CIO. In my 14 years in the business world, I've yet to meet someone more incompetent than Greg Taffet. Entire
leadership of this company is incompetent and needs to be discharged. Money, not employees, is valued at U.S. Gas & Electric and is clearly evident by management styles, lack of tools and failure to adopt new technologies.
