US Mortgage Funding, Inc. was a lifesaver. I was 9 months behind on my mortgage and in foreclosure about to lose my home when I was contacted by them. They told me they could modify my loan and get me out of foreclosure as well as lower my monthly payment. I had a hard time believing that and it sounded too good to be true. I had no other options because my bank (Wells Fargo) was unwilling to work with me and kept stringing me along. So i decided to take a chance and sent them $2500 to save my home. 48 days later I recieved my new mortgage statement and they had gotten my back payments added to the back end of the loan and got my payment down from $1840 a month down to $1196. I can now afford my mortgage and will never forget the job they did for me. Thank you so much you have no idea how much that helped me. I hope that anyone out there that is in a similar situation is able to get the same help that I did. This is a great company and they did everything they promised me.
