If I could give this company zero stars I would. Save your money. I paid $349 for the bike and in the first 2 months an additional $180 in parts and repairs (they kept telling us, "if you fix this, then it will be fine"). We filed a report and even though we'd be trying to contact them since when we first received the bike, they wouldn't do anything. I've talked to about 4 people there who all say, "We'll look into it..." "I'll talk to my supervisor about what we can do..." or even "I think we can meet you halfway with some of the repair costs you've incurred, I'll call you right back." and never gotten a call back. I've emailed for over 2 years, talked to the company, even copied all correspondence, bills, and requests and mailed them to them. NOTHING has happened. The product is JUNK. The customer service is JUNK. I'm kicking myself for not looking them up on BBB and seeing their big fat F. STAY AWAY.
