First, On Dec. 13, 2010 I did not get the search result that I paid for. Second, the company billed me for that search and billed an additional amount to my credit card of $19.95 for a membership that I did not subscribe to. I called today, Dec. 16 when I found the charge on my credit card bill and was told that they will refund my money and remove me as a subscriber. I will wait and see. I'm very uncomfortable that they have my credit card number. Beware! I consider the way that they practice to be deceptive. Actually, as far as rating this company, I would not give them any stars if I had that option.
