I just wanted to give a brief yet heartfelt THANK YOU for assisting me with the loan process for my surgery. The customer service I received from Lori Del Carlo was amazing. I can tell her customer service style was not a generic or politely scripted type of customer service....I truly felt that she was interested in not just my loan process, but in ME as an individual. She even surprised me when I would call her and she would answer the phone Hello Myra. To me, it was as if I was the ONLY client she had in the world, even though I am sure she has several. Lori, and so many of the employees at Borrowers First as well, communicated with each other well, treated me with kindness and respect and really hustled to get my loan processed. So to Lori, Angie, Sara, Kiera, Christina, and to any other whom I may have forgotten to mention, A MILLION THANK YOU"S!
