Universal Remodeling made me realize that not all contractors are bad. I have had such horrible experiences with contractors in the past and I was skeptical about going through another remodel. I decided to go with them because the salesman seemed honest and caring. I'm happy I went with my instincts. My home looks beautiful all because of Universal. I had a complete renovation and their attention to detail really shows. They showed up on time, they were clean and although there was a problem pulling city permits, they finished on time. I would highly recommend this company.
