Universal Tax Relief has had my file since 07/28/2010. They also have had $1,800 of my money and have done NOTHING. My State has since filed a tax lien against me and I am just waiting for the Feds to do the same - thanks to this company doing NOTHING. Every time I call just to find out the status of my file, they say they will call me right back, but NEVER do. They have ripped me off and I have reported them to the California State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I have also requested that they reimburse me $1,800 plus the interest, penalties and court costs I have incurred thanks to them doing NOTHING. I'll let you know if they comply with my request or not. I would never recommend them to anyone.
