We went with this company because of their high grade on the BBB's website but we were very disappointed with the service received. First the bad. Multiple pieces of furniture were broken, legs off of both a very expensive dresser as well as a cheaper coffee table. Furniture was disassembled but not re-assembled on delivery. No care was given to certain kitchen items such as containers of cooking oil or dish soap and so they ended up leaking in the boxes all over everything else packed with them. A steam cleaner I have was taken apart and put in a box, but with the water still in the CLEAR compartment, which subsequently leaked all over. No care was taken when packing food. As an example, an unopened bag of chips was placed on the bottom of a box, with a 20 lb bag of rice and 10 lb bag of beans placed right on top. There was no spot right in front of my house, but there was one on the side of the house. First they were going to illegally park and informed me that I would be responsible for any tickets they received, then when I told them to park on the side of the house (about 60-75 feet away from the front door) he informed me that they would have to put an additional charge on my bill, but if I "took care of them" they would waive it. The entire numbering process they have to itemize your boxes is terrible, as they brought in multiple items and read off numbers, there were multiple duplicates being read off. In the end, I had boxes that weren't checked off and I just assumed because the numbering system was not done very well that I had everything. It turns out that I am missing my drill case which included multiple hole saws and drill bits. I called the company but they just told me that they didn't have it. A couple of good things about them: Most of the boxes were packed well. I didn't have any dishes or glasses broken. They were on time for both pickup and delivery. I would recommend staying away from this company for your moving needs and I'm surprised that the BBB has given them such a high mark as I found the company to be quite unprofessional and to not really be concerned about how my move went, the broken furniture or missing items. The pickup and delivery were both on time, which was great
