I bought a $995 Travel Membership in October 2010, for which they offered me a Free 4 Day Cruise Certificate. When I tried to book the Certificate Cruise online in Feb 2011, there were NO Cruises available for all of 2011. That struck me as odd, so I called the Customer Service Department. The Cruise Scheduling Dept answers IMMEDIATELY, but the Redemption Dept does not answer the phone at all. Redemption has a recording that says they are having UNUSUALLY HEAVY call volume. OK...
4 calls, and Cruise Scheduling can not/will not schedule a Certificate Cruise. The Redemption Dept does not answer phone. I will update Rating if I get any satisfaction in the near future, but for now Vacation Rewards gets ONE STAR for completely failing to live up to the Contract terms. They also owe me an hour of my life on hold.
