I had a GREAT experience! When I dropped off my brand new car which I backed up into my gardeners truck, They treated me with respect. One of their employees did lean on my car however we fixed that quickly ! and he was apologetic every day I came back after. : ) They arranged for a rental company to pick me up, and Sarkiss another employee who works their called me every step of the way. Carrie is their front desk secretary and a sweetheart she always greeted me with a smile even on the phone. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends and family. Not only that when I picked up my car they had fixed it perfectly ! it was as though it never happened! I did go back to get a few spots polished which they obliged. THANK YOU VALENCIA BODY SHOP !!!
