D+ from the BBB is a gift to this business it should probably be much lower.
Beware if any purchase that requires a special order, it is my understanding they don't warehouse anything. Orders stack with the manufacturer (in some other state, CA probably) until the truck is full and once that happens the items actually come your way. But until that time the orders sit, If orders are rolling in timelines might be fine, but if orders aren't coming in extensive delays (in my case over 9weeks) will happen.
The merchant doesn't care a bit how this makes them look and you are actually openly discouraged to call and check status of your order.
After my 'promised delivery' time came and went, and after pathetic response to my inquiries I attempted to cancel my order and seek a refund, I was told in no uncertain terms "NO!" Nothing I said or did changed their mind in the slightest. I was fortunate that I paid with a credit card and am now going through the drawn out process of having the charges reversed, AVOID CASH had I paid cash it would have been a nightmare to get it back.
I say avoid cash, but you would be well advised to look elsewhere, there are many 'other' furniture stores in Albuquerque that will actually value your business.
