In the course of a 6 month relationship, we have generated $8,374.25 in commissions and not a single payment has been made.
Our indicated "minimum payout" amount was $1000. We have not been contacted once by the network until we reached this threshold. Once reached, the company has asked us to provide documentation on how traffic is being generated. After providing all requested materials, the company promised to make the initial outstanding payment.
No payment has ever been made even though on numerous occasions the company promised to make a payment. We have requested a phone call numerous times which the company has ignored. In a matter of days the company has reversed over $6050 in commissions and has terminated our account and continuous to withhold payment.
The company does not follow their own terms of paying out publishers every 20th. Network compliance ignores any requests, does not speak to publishers and terminates accounts that they do not wish to make payments to. After conducting detailed research, we have found that the company has been sued numerous times in the past. We work with all top US networks and not once have experienced a partnership of this sort.
We have all necessary documentation and can provide it to any network/publisher upon request to justify these claims upon request.
