Foul Business Ethics

This company apparently likes taking money for products and not delivering until charges of theft are filed and BBB reports/complaints are filed. I am truly disappointed in the fact that after speaking with Jay the owner on the phone to ensure I would have the boots I ordered - he took my money on Sept. 1st, and still hasn't sent the boots out on Sept. 17th. Emails, voice mails and texts (as the voice recording on their 323-212-1813 number advises) have all been ignored and unanswered. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VAMPS AND TRAMPS!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT TAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR MERCHANDISE AND NEVER SEND IT UNTIL THEY ARE SERVED SUMMONS FOR COURT AND COMPLAINTS WITH BBB have been filed. There have been 12 complaints with the BBB since 2006 (I wish I had looked and researched before going through all this stress to have something I needed in a set amount of time).
