Be aware of Viewtech,they release info to any-1. My boyfriend called and Isabella released info about my account I HAVE NEVER authorized them to talk to a 3rd party, I was upset and called, talked to Hanna who failed to read my rights. Little as she knows
I know FDCPA Guidelines. Asked her title said “Collections Manager” well,if you ask me she doesn't know what’s she's' doing. On top of that she had an attitude because I was asking about my loan so I asked for other manager and she said “you are talking to
the only manager” WOW REALLY. I talked to my attorney. I am not sure why this company exposes their business with incompetent managers.
