My granddaughter rented an amazing home from Villa Rentals for her school year in 2007-2008. The company was very understanding and helpful since it was her first time renting and the rents were priced appropriately for a student. If you have a college age child or are one yourself I would recommend Villa Rentals for renting in Newport Beach.
