This is a real WOW company.
I was going to spend about $5,000 to $7,000 on a complete turnkey virtual tour business. I was even willing to spend up to $25,000 if there were a franchise with a protected territory. I took more than two months doing research on who to sign up with. I had this narrowed down to three (3) companies: Real Tour Vision, (2) Tour Wrist and (3) Voyager.
Tour Wrist is advertising a Nikon D5000 with a Sigma lens and I'm guessing nobody told them the Sigma 8mm lens is just incompatible with the D5000. And Nikon said they were not authorized to be selling Nikon cameras which means GRAY market sales here of Nikon cameras. So I immediately scratched them off the list.
Voyager educated me on Nikon gray market sales, too. I had no clue that Nikon's serials for sale within the U.S.A. must begin with with (3). If the camera I was buying did not have a serial starting with (3) it was a gray market camera and would not be fix-able for any warranty work. That explains the cheap Nikons out there. The Nikon;'s with a U.S. serial will cost a few dollars more.
Real Tour Vision was reported to be very slow to their pay photographers. They wouldn't stay late to train me, either. Their software will not work on a Mac. I can't download tours to host on my own server. Ouch. Good-bye RTV.
Hello: Voyager.
Voyager was the only firm that offered to stay up (open) late for me. I trained with them for three nights well after 9 pm and they used a WebEx computer to computer training session which helped me learn VPiX. Their instructors were so kind and patient with me as I learned how to upload tours, make the hot spots. It was so much fun learning how to create virtual tours for my iPad clients.
You will spend more money with Voyager, but you get what you pay for: 1.) Service. 2.) Knowledge. and 3.) Reliability.
Voyager has certainly done their homework and I can tell you they are worth every penny I spent.

Most kind for you to say these things about us, Bob. I am glad you liked the training and the service. We will be franchising later this summer so we'd be happy to discuss options with you at that time. Let me know what else we can do for you, sir.
