Voyager has been around a long time. I have seen a lot of other 360 virtual tour equipment companies come and go. Voyager, year after year seems to innovate and reinvent themselves to stay current with today's 360 tour technology and their customer service and training is by far, the BEST there is on this planet.
Mom was right. We DO get what we PAY for and Voyager's virtual tour training is worth every dime I spent. Susan Gonzalez, Ron Pepper and Bart Wilson are the best virtual tour software instructors on the planet. Over two weekends, they taught me how to create Flash based virtual tours that knock my clients' socks off now.
All too often the BBB becomes a place for people to vent and gripe about lousy customer service and not getting what they paid for. It's an honor for me to be able to say something really GOOD about a firm that values long term client relationships and for the $99 a month I pay for virtual tour hosting... I'd be happy to pay three times that every month for the support, training and skills I have on tap every time I call them or visit their video training library.
Bottom line, you will spend a few dollars more at Voyager, but you're getting a Lexus kind of virtual tour package with red carpet training and 6-day a week support.
