I can't see how this company is rated A+ when out of 50 reviews it only received two stars. I called Vizio and was told to purchase a new antenna and I did. With the new antenna I still had dropped channels and bad reception so I called again. This time a tech walked me through some steps that were suppose to resolve the problem, this didn't work either. I called a fourth this time a level 2 person told me to return the tv at my expense for repairs since it was over 90 days old. The tv is 140 days old and I explained that I had been taking care of a terminally ill sister and only had time to contact some one about the tv after her death. They still told me that I would have to return it for repairs at my expense even though I have a one year warranty. I am suppose to ship the tv from Illinois to California at my expense.
