M3D422SR breaks after one year

M3d421sr shuts off and won't turn back on exactly one day after factory warranty like many others I went out and fought the lines on Black Friday 2011 with really high hopes for a great tv.. Very disappointed.. Seems like when u look up the tv all u get is people with the same problems with a year or less usage.. There is obviously a faulty part In The tv and vizio should be fixing or replacing for free.. I own a 22 inch vizio led for CPU screen 55 inch plasma for about 6 years.. Always been a loyal customer told people to buy vizio.. But not anymore very unhappy. I just bought a vizio 3d LCD 120 hz smart tv fort sister for Christmas and I'm thinking of returning it..
